This policy applies to orders placed through the official ARMORÉ website, www.armore.com.ph. Marketplace orders follow the rules of the platform where the order was placed.
Shipping fees and free-shipping threshold
Free standard Philippine shipping applies to eligible website orders with a merchandise subtotal of ₱779 or more. Orders below ₱779 are charged the regional standard-shipping rate shown at checkout. Discounts that reduce the qualifying merchandise subtotal below ₱779 may affect eligibility.
Order processing
Paid orders are usually packed within two business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Philippine public holidays. Orders placed during weekends, holidays, launches or major sale periods may require additional processing time.
Estimated delivery after dispatch
- Metro Manila: 2–4 business days
- Luzon: 3–7 business days
- Visayas: 5–10 business days
- Mindanao: 5–12 business days
Remote locations, weather, peak periods, courier disruptions and events outside our reasonable control may extend these estimates. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless ARMORÉ expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
Tracking and delivery details
Once your order is dispatched, available tracking information will be sent to the email address or mobile number provided during checkout. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Please provide a complete address and an active mobile number. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered packing or has been handed to the courier.
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated unavailability, refusal without a valid consumer concern or another issue attributable to the recipient, ARMORÉ may collect the reasonable redelivery cost before resending the order.
Delayed, missing or damaged parcels
If tracking has not moved for an unusual period, the parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, or the package arrives damaged or tampered with, contact clientcare@armore.com.ph with your order number and clear photos when relevant.
Do not use a product that appears opened, contaminated or tampered with.
