Terms of service
These Terms & Conditions govern use of www.armore.com.ph and purchases made through the official ARMORÉ website. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Cancellations and Purchase Options Policy.
1. Business information
The website is operated by ARMORE COSMETICS AND SKIN CARE PRODUCTS TRADING, doing business as ARMORÉ, a Philippine sole proprietorship owned by Kevin Ed Clarete Tuason. Registered address: 89-A Society Street, Fourth Estate Subdivision, Barangay San Antonio, Parañaque City 1707, Metro Manila, Philippines.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must have legal capacity to enter into a transaction or act with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian when required. You are responsible for providing accurate account, payment, contact and delivery information and for keeping account credentials secure.
3. Products and product information
ARMORÉ makes reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, images, ingredients, directions, warnings, quantity, availability, regulatory information and pricing. Minor differences may result from screens, lighting, manufacturing tolerances or packaging updates that do not materially change the product.
Cosmetic products may perform differently depending on skin type, application, environment and other products used. ARMORÉ cosmetics are not medicines and are not substitutes for medical diagnosis or treatment. Review the final product label and ingredient list, follow directions and warnings, stop use if significant irritation occurs, and seek professional advice for serious or persistent reactions.
4. Prices, promotions and payment
Prices are shown in Philippine pesos unless stated otherwise. The final amount, including discounts and shipping, is shown before checkout is completed. Promotional conditions, eligibility, limits, dates and qualifying thresholds will be disclosed with the offer. A price advantage will not be represented as existing when it does not.
Payment is processed through the methods made available at checkout. ARMORÉ may use payment providers, fraud screening and payment verification. Never send ARMORÉ a one-time password, complete card number or card security code.
5. Order receipt, acceptance and cancellation
An automated confirmation means ARMORÉ received the order. Acceptance occurs after payment verification and fulfillment confirmation. ARMORÉ may cancel an order before dispatch for failed or unauthorized payment, unavailable inventory, an invalid or unserviceable address, duplication, an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, misuse of promotions, a safety concern or a legal requirement. A paid cancelled amount will be refunded.
Customer-requested changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after packing, label creation or courier handover. See the Cancellations and Purchase Options Policy for details.
6. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery estimates, rates and customer responsibilities are set out in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable Philippine law. ARMORÉ does not apply a blanket “No Return, No Exchange” rule to defective, damaged, incorrect, expired, unsafe or materially misrepresented products.
7. Receipts and transaction records
ARMORÉ will issue or make available the sales invoice, receipt or electronic transaction record required for a completed sale through the applicable transaction system. Customers should retain order confirmations and transaction records for support and warranty purposes.
8. Website use
You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and information. You may not commit fraud, submit false information, interfere with security, misuse promotions, distribute malicious software, scrape or overload the website, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, sell counterfeit products or use ARMORÉ branding in a misleading or unauthorized way.
9. Intellectual property
The ARMORÉ name, logo, visual identity, product images, website copy, graphics, designs and original content are owned by or licensed to ARMORÉ. No license is granted except the limited right to access and use the website for lawful personal purposes.
10. Reviews and submitted content
Content you submit must be truthful, lawful and based on a genuine experience. You confirm that you have the right to submit it. You grant ARMORÉ a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display, reproduce and adapt submitted reviews, photos or videos for operating and promoting the brand, subject to applicable privacy, intellectual-property and advertising laws. ARMORÉ will not remove a legitimate negative review only because it is unfavorable, but may remove unlawful, irrelevant, fraudulent, abusive or privacy-violating content.
11. Third-party services and links
Checkout, payment, delivery, analytics and marketplace features may be provided by third parties. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices. ARMORÉ is responsible for its own obligations and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Liability and events outside reasonable control
To the extent permitted by law, ARMORÉ is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses not caused by ARMORÉ’s breach. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, product-safety obligations, personal injury caused by actionable fault, or non-waivable consumer and privacy rights.
ARMORÉ is not responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and provide any remedy required by law.
13. Complaints and internal redress
Email clientcare@armore.com.ph with your name, order number, concern, requested resolution and relevant evidence. ARMORÉ aims to acknowledge a complete complaint within two business days and issue a substantive response or resolution within seven calendar days after complete information is received. This does not prevent a customer from using remedies available under applicable law once the internal redress mechanism is exhausted or where immediate escalation is legally permitted.
14. Governing law, changes and severability
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Customers retain access to remedies through the Department of Trade and Industry, the National Privacy Commission, the courts or another authorized process, as applicable.
ARMORÉ may update these Terms prospectively for legal, operational, security or service changes. The current version will be posted with an updated date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
